Managed IT services Jacksonville, Florida

Business IT support sized for the business you actually run.

Recurring onsite and remote support, workstation management, planning, and technician access for small businesses that need dependable IT without building an internal IT department.

What managed support solves

Downtime costs more than the invoice for the repair.

When employees cannot work, a printer blocks operations, a workstation fails, or a recurring problem keeps returning, the real cost is time. Managed support gives your business a defined path to help before every issue becomes a new vendor search.

Support packages

Three starting points. One custom consultation.

The package is a framework, not a substitute for understanding your environment. We review your business before approval and build the written scope around what you actually need.

Before you sign

Scope matters more than buzzwords.

Is Essential Support the same thing as fully managed IT?
No. Essential is intentionally an entry-level recurring support package. It creates predictable access to help but does not include the same level of management or priority as higher packages.
Are parts and software licenses included?
No, unless they are specifically included in your written agreement. Hardware, replacement parts, software licenses, domain fees, hosting fees, vendor subscriptions, and third-party charges are separate by default.
Do unused visits roll over?
Not automatically. Included visits and remote sessions expire with the billing period unless your agreement explicitly provides a different arrangement.
What counts as a major project?
Network rebuilds, large migrations, new-office deployments, large equipment rollouts, website redesigns, or significant infrastructure changes are generally quoted separately instead of being forced into routine support time.
Can I add hosting, email, or VoIP?
Yes. Website hosting, professional email, VoIP, domains, SSL, VPN, security awareness, and related services can be bundled with business IT when appropriate.

Technology should help, not slow you down.
