Parts, Licensing & Vendor Fees

Hardware, replacement parts, software licenses, domain fees, hosting fees, email licenses, and third-party subscriptions are billed separately unless included in writing.

Projects & Major Changes

Network rebuilds, large migrations, new office deployments, website redesigns, and major infrastructure changes require a separate quote.

Included Time Has Limits

Included visits and remote sessions are one hour each. Extra time, emergency work, and work outside the package scope may be billed separately.

Do unused visits roll over?

No, not by default. Unused visits do not automatically roll over unless it is included in your written agreement.

Are parts included?

No. Parts, replacement hardware, licenses, vendor fees, and third-party services are separate unless specifically included in writing.

Do you support weekends and holidays?

Essential Support uses standard rates for weekends and holidays. Business Support and Managed Technology include weekend and holiday availability.

What counts as an emergency?

An emergency is a business-impacting issue such as critical workstation failure, phone disruption, email outage, or another issue affecting operations.

Can I cancel monthly?

Cancellation terms should be defined in your agreement. A 30-day written notice is recommended for all subscription plans.
