Hardware, replacement parts, software licenses, domain fees, hosting fees, email licenses, and third-party subscriptions are billed separately unless included in writing.
Network rebuilds, large migrations, new office deployments, website redesigns, and major infrastructure changes require a separate quote.
Included visits and remote sessions are one hour each. Extra time, emergency work, and work outside the package scope may be billed separately.

Cancellation terms should be defined in your agreement. A 30-day written notice is recommended for all subscription plans.
